Hello, Charleston, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Charles Allen Bruce and for the past fiveyears I have worked in the residential home industry. I also hold a degree in Marketing from FrancisMarion University. I am currently a South Carolina liscensed Realtor and member of the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors. Not only am I a Realtor, but also the project manager for a local Charleston residential construction company. My daily duties consist of assisting other Realtors, homeowners, and investors in making the necessary repairs to their residential properties.
